Efficient modified stabilizer TK-600

TK-600 is a patented product jointly developed by QUST and JABETTER, integrating over 20 years of industry experience and adaptability to current extrusion equipment and formulas. Its main stabilizing system is synthesized from metal salts, organic functional compounds, and auxiliary polymers, including imported lubricant systems.

TK-600 combines the excellent thermal stability of traditional lead salt stabilizers with outstanding dispersion, anti-precipitation properties, good initial coloring, and an excellent synergistic stabilizing effect. With optimized lead content, it effectively reduces the harm of heavy metal lead to workers, products, and the environment.

Adopting a matching system of imported high-performance lubricants, TK-600 boasts good fluidity and dispersion, rapid plasticization, and stable processing performance. It also features excellent temperature resistance, effectively controlling friction temperature during processing, and ensuring good mold release in the later stage—endowing finished products with a glossy surface, excellent mechanical properties, and reduced overall costs. This product can equivalently replace stabilizer products containing 35% lead and 65% lubricant.
