JBT eco-friendly calcium-zinc stabilizer ensures stable high-temperature extrusion, effectively inhibits thermal degradation of PVC and prevents material scorching and discoloration. It works well with formulas loaded with high calcium carbonate filler and reduces the rejection rate. The specialized AC foaming agent delivers controllable foaming ratio with fine and uniform micropores. It lightens the weight of door frame profiles, greatly cuts raw material costs and improves sound insulation and cushioning performance. The combined internal and external lubrication system optimizes melt fluidity, enabling smooth profile forming without mold sticking. The profiles maintain superior surface flatness and will not interfere with subsequent processes such as film lamination and wrapping.
