High-pressure PE granules (Low-Density Polyethylene, LDPE) are a commonly used plastic raw material. Due to their softness, weather resistance, and ease of processing, they are widely applied across various fields.

Main Applications

  1. Packaging Materials

    • Flexible packaging products such as plastic bags, cling film, and bubble wrap.

    • Everyday items like food packaging and courier bags.

  2. Agricultural Uses

    • Mulch films and greenhouse films, providing thermal insulation and moisture resistance.

  3. Daily and Industrial Products

    • PE Wood-Plastic Boards: High-pressure PE can be mixed with wood powder to create wood-plastic composites, used for outdoor flooring, fences, etc., combining the corrosion resistance of plastic with the texture of wood.

    • Outdoor Furniture: Such as park benches and leisure tables, offering strong weather resistance and resistance to cracking or deformation.

    • Toys, bottle caps, cable sheathing, etc.

  4. Eco-Friendly Materials

    • Modified biodegradable LDPE for environmentally friendly packaging or disposable products.

Key Features

  • Soft and impact-resistant, suitable for products requiring toughness.

  • Resistant to acids, alkalis, and low temperatures, but not high temperatures (generally below 80°C).

  • Easy to process, suitable for blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, and other techniques.

Compared to HDPE (rigid plastic, used for barrels and pipes) and LLDPE (high toughness, used for heavy-duty packaging), high-pressure PE is more suitable for flexible, lightweight products. With increasing environmental requirements, applications of recyclable and biodegradable high-pressure PE are also growing.
