Currently, commercial CPE rubber products typically have a chlorine content ranging between 25-45%. Generally, increasing chlorine content improves oil resistance, gas barrier properties, and flame retardancy, while reducing chlorine content enhances cold resistance, elasticity, and compression set performance.
